Custom Crushing

Fortuna Aggregates mobilizes our plants to any job site and provides our services for many aggregate needs. Our diverse equipment has the capability of crushing and screening several thousand tons to several hundred thousands tons of material for your project. 
 

Our smaller plants are available for jobs ranging from 5,000 to 40,000 tons. These plants are closed circuit impact crushers and screeners that are built on one chassis which enables set up to production within 3 days of arrival on site. This equipment has the ability to produce 250 – 300 tons per hour.

 

For large scale projects, primary jaw and secondary impact crushers are available for jobs ranging from 45,000 to 1,000,000 tons. This recycling system is mounted on heavy duty chassis which incorporates robust feeding, crushing and screening designed for high productivity. Easy transit, quick set up and tear down allows for production within 6 days of arrival on site. This equipment has the ability to produce 750 - 1,200 tons per hour.
